Mineo and Vizzini, SP 31 reopens to all vehicles

On 21 October the metropolitan authority announced reopening of SP 31 in both directions between the SP 86 and SP 28/II junctions.
The section in Mineo and Vizzini had been restricted to residents and landowners following landslides.
The 30 km/h limit remains. The authority also highlights the risk of mud and debris during rainfall.
