Method & sources
Each article has one identifier shared across Italian and English, an actual publication date and linked sources. News, stories and explainers are labelled separately.
Sources and dates
We prioritise institutional documents and organisations directly involved, comparing other sources when needed. We distinguish announcements from verified results. A published programme alone does not prove every activity took place.
The masthead shows the current date in Rome; the editorial update records when content was saved. Archive reference dates remain distinct from publication on this website. Describing a historic project today does not make it new.
Tools and verification
We also use automation and artificial intelligence to support research, writing, translation and editorial checks. We do not invent interviews, testimony or residency. Technology does not guarantee error-free reporting; documented reader feedback supports verification.
Corrections
To report an error, write to info@uchianu.news with the article link, the passage concerned and supporting evidence. Substantive changes should be accompanied by an update note.
