Messina, preschool grants support free attendance

The municipality outlined the regional 2026/27 procedure supporting free attendance at recognised private preschools for children with certified disabilities or economic hardship.

Schools must issue a notice for families. Certified disability has priority; the economic-hardship category has an ISEE threshold of €12,058.82.

School operators must submit grant applications to the municipality by 15 December 2026, using the required form and supporting documents.
