Social housing: the Region sets project selection criteria

The Region has set selection criteria for social and sustainable housing under the 2021–2027 ERDF programme. The overall priority has grown to €258 million from an initial €66 million.

An initial action offers municipalities and their groupings over €23 million to convert public or confiscated property into social housing or co-housing with inclusion services. This is not a grant individuals can directly claim to buy a home: projects proceed through eligible bodies and the relevant calls.
