Argo-Cassiopea royalties: Gela awaits outstanding transfers
The mayor says regional payments remain incomplete.
Mayor Terenziano Di Stefano says Gela has received only part of the royalties linked to offshore Argo-Cassiopea production.
Quotidiano di Gela reports that approximately €118,000 has been transferred, half the amount expected for 2024. The funds are intended for development projects.
The report recalls that in June the regional energy councillor announced technical procedures for payments to Gela, Butera and Licata.
