Gibilmanna road strengthening goes to tender

On 9 October Cefalù announced a tender for the second intervention to restore traffic on the SP54 bis road to Gibilmanna.
The contract is worth €863,150.07. It provides for micropile retaining structures to stabilise the road, followed by surfacing and finishing works.
Regional civil protection funds finance the project. Its estimated duration is 300 days from site handover, a construction estimate rather than a confirmed reopening date.
