Arco Calafato restoration presented in Via Oblati

The municipality presented the restored Arco Calafato in Via Oblati, in Agrigento’s historic centre. The portal dates to the fifteenth century.
The municipal statement identifies visitor-tax revenue as the source of funding for the work.
An information panel with a QR code was also installed, providing written and audio descriptions in six languages. This report concerns restoration completed and presented in May.
